Vermont was admitted into the Union on March 4th of 1791. The reverse side of the Vermont Silver State Quarter features an image of Camel's Hump Mountain in the background and maple trees with sap buckets in the forefront. The reverse side of the Vermont Silver State Quarter was designed by T. James Ferrell. This 2001-S Vermont State Quarter Silver Proof is from the San Francisco (S) Mint. All Silver State Quarters are comprised of .900 silver and .100 copper (90% silver) with a weight of 6.25 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm.
