We are pleased to offer for sale these 2008 P&D Hawaii BU State Quarters. You will receive two of the 2008 Hawaii State Quarters in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition, one each from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. The theme of the Hawaii State Quarter is UA MAU KE EA O KA 'AINA I KA PONO," ("The life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness"). Hawaii was admitted into the Union on August 21st of 1959. The reverse side of the Hawaii State Quarter features Hawaiian monarch King Kamehameha I stretching his hand toward the eight major Hawaiian Islands. The reverse side of the Hawaii State Quarter was designed by Don Everhart.  All State Quarters are comprised of .750 copper and .250 nickel with a weight of 5.67 grams and a diameter of 24.3mm. These Hawaii BU State Quarters come from original U.S. Mint Sets or original bank wrapped rolls. All of our BU State Quarters have nice eye appeal and no major marks or visible problems. These 2008 P&D Hawaii BU State Quarter Coin is worth the price for any collector or numismatist who wishes to fill a space in their collection. There were 263,600,000 of the 2008-D Hawaii BU State Quarter Coins minted at the Denver Mint, and 254,000,000 of the 2008-P Hawaii State Quarters minted at the Philadelphia Mint.
